Jaclyn Satchel, LCSW-S, PMH-C

I’m Jaclyn Satchel, LCSW, PMH-C, co-owner of Nurtured Hope Wellness, PLLC and owner/lead clinician at Safe Space Therapeutic. I’m a licensed clinical social worker devoted to supporting women and families—especially during the perinatal period. My heart work is walking with parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and pregnancy/infant loss, drawing from experience alongside labor & delivery teams and grief-informed care.

I became a Perinatal Mental Health Certified Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International in 2021 to ensure the care I provide is evidence-based and tailored to the perinatal journey. I earned my B.S. in Sociology (Psychology minor) from Lamar University and my MSW (clinical concentration) from the University of Houston, where I deepened my understanding of how systems shape individual and family wellbeing.

At Nurtured Hope Wellness, I’m committed to an inclusive, compassionate space where clients can process, heal, and build skills with dignity and support.

Tiffany Freeman-Scott PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC

I’m Tiffany Freeman-Scott, Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, co-owner of Nurtured Hope Wellness, PLLC. I’m a dual-certified nurse practitioner dedicated to perinatal mental health from preconception through postpartum and loss. I began my career as a registered nurse in 2006 after graduating from Alverno College, completed my MSN with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2012, and earned a post-master’s certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP) from Alverno College in 2015.

My clinical approach blends perinatal-informed medication management with evidence-based therapies in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive framework. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health, OCD and intrusive thoughts (ERP-informed care), and integrative psychiatry.

At Nurtured Hope Wellness, I partner closely with obstetric and pediatric teams to support shared decision-making in pregnancy and lactation and to help families build practical, sustainable plans for healing—today and for the generations that follow.
